Tom Germann has done a lot of things with his life. Yet the first thing that he did when growing up was read and watch Sci-Fi from the fifties, sixties and seventies. A love of space and time exploration with a military bent is always cool. Grand star empires and evil yet oddly transparent machinations are also cool. Science Fiction always brings an element of hope to the table. Look at the stars above and feel that sense of wonder. Just hope that the Enemy doesn't drop huge rocks on you from orbit!
